Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Your plan is tied to your Apple ID, so signing in with the same Apple ID brings it back.How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then Winosseur. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current period.Does the lifetime plan expire?
No. Lifetime membership is a one-time purchase that never renews and never expires. Access to certain features may be subject to usage limits.How do I delete my data?
Use "Delete All My Data" in the app to remove everything stored on your device. To also remove the anonymous server-side records, email [email protected].The camera or microphone isn't working.
Check iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera (and Microphone, Speech Recognition) and make sure Winosseur is allowed. If it still misbehaves, email us with your iPhone model and iOS version.Legal

The app discusses alcohol and is intended only for users of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction.Plans and payment
Paid plans (annual and lifetime membership) are sold through Apple and governed by Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, managed through your Apple ID settings. Lifetime membership is a one-time purchase granting membership for the life of the service.Access to certain features may be subject to usage limits, which we may set or adjust at our discretion.Your content
Photos, notes and collection data you submit remain yours. You grant us the license needed to store and process them solely to operate the service for you.Acceptable use
