Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Your plan is tied to your Apple ID, so signing in with the same Apple ID brings it back.How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then Winosseur. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current period.How do I delete my data?
Use "Delete All My Data" in the app to remove everything stored on your device. To also remove the anonymous server-side records, email [email protected].The camera or microphone isn't working.
Check iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera (and Microphone, Speech Recognition) and make sure Winosseur is allowed. If it still misbehaves, email us with your iPhone model and iOS version.Legal

Winosseur provides wine information, recommendations and collection tools. Its takes and pairings are opinions for your enjoyment – not professional, medical or investment advice. Vintages, values and details can be wrong; verify anything that matters before acting on it.Eligibility
The app discusses alcohol and is intended only for users of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction.Plans and payment
Pro is sold through Apple and governed by Apple's payment terms, as a monthly or an annual subscription. Both renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, managed through your Apple ID settings. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Access to certain features may be subject to usage limits, which we may set or adjust at our discretion.Your content
Photos, notes and collection data you submit remain yours. You grant us the license needed to store and process them solely to operate the service for you.Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service – no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or resell it, and no unlawful use.Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.Changes and termination

A Pro subscription, including a free trial, includes up to 150 opinions per calendar month. An opinion is a question you ask Winey, typed or spoken, or a read of a shelf, a wine list or a menu. Adding bottles to your collection is never counted: photographing a bottle, scanning a label and the bottle’s page are free. The count resets on the first of each month. Reading your collection, re-opening opinions already written and the sample bottles are not counted and are not limited.Contact
